Upon inquiry, you'll be connected with our experienced admissions counselor, who will guide you through each phase of the process. The counselor will assist in filling out the admission form and advise on the next steps, including preparation for the Entrance Test. Successful candidates will meet with our Principal to discuss the vision and mission of Sarvajanik Inter College and ensure a clear understanding of the educational journey ahead.

Once the Entrance Test is cleared, the official documentation process begins. After submission, families are directed to our finance department for fee payment. Fee Structure and Important Guidelines

• Prospectus & Application Form Fee: The fee for the prospectus and application form is Rs 700/-, payable at the time of form collection.
• Uniforms & Supplies: The specifications for uniforms, textbooks, notebooks, and shoes will be provided by the school. These can be purchased from any store in the city as per the provided guidelines.
• Transportation: Transportation is an optional service. Charges will vary depending on the location and distance of the pick-up point. Families may opt-out of this service if preferred.
• Refund Policy: Please note that no portion of the fees is refundable, whether in part or full, except where explicitly mentioned otherwise.
• Sibling Concession: A 10% concession on Composite Fees is available for families with two or more children enrolled. This discount applies to the younger sibling only.
• Combination of Rebates: Any rebate offered cannot be combined with other scholarships, rebates, or fee waivers. Each concession stands independently.
• Special Rebate: A 50% concession on Admission Fees is available exclusively for single girl children, aimed at encouraging the education of girls.
• Fee Governance: The fee structure is subject to the policies, rules, and conditions set forth by Sarvajanik Inter College. The management reserves the right to amend the fee structure as needed.
• Payment Methods: Fees can be paid via cash, online transfer, or demand draft. When making payments, please include the Student Name, Application Number, Grade, and all relevant details to ensure proper processing.
